Controlled Supply Chain

caqa

Quality certification and standard certification Authority

Since 2010, to give even greater security to our customers, we have joined the Controlled Supply Chain Project.

Controlled Supply Chain

What is it
Certification of Controlled Supply Chain belongs to the family of voluntary product certifications.

This certification is based on 2 key concepts:

  • Supply chain
  • Traceability

Controlled supply chain certification, according to the DTP 035, attests that, with reasonable accuracy, the product traceability is guaranteed and documented along the entire chain and that the sanitation requirements are handled in all stages, according to the criteria of HACCP.

Supply chain
As Supply Chain it is meant the defined set of organizations (or operators) with its material flows that contribute to the formation, distribution, commercialization and delivery of a food product.
The term supply chain identifies, in this context, all activities and flows that have critical importance for product features.
The purpose of the supply chain is to make transparent the relationships between the parties who contribute to the production and processing of the final product, through the development of a relationship of trust, with sharing of objectives between the parties involved.

Traceability
Traceability is the ability to reconstruct the story and follow the use of a product by means of documented identifications in relation to the material flows and supply chain operators.
